Gluten free (GF) cakes and cheesecake only come in 8" size

Dark chocolate devil's food cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache,

covered in dark chocolate ruffles. The ultimate chocolate cake!


MANGO MIRROR           46. 

Golden sponge cake layered with mango and mango mousse, with a beautiful

mango mirror glaze. Our most popular cake.


CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT         58.  GF

A naturally gluten free hazelnut sponge cake with chocolate Bavarian and hazelnut mousse,

wrapped in a dark chocolate.   

 

FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE.         58.  GF

A Viennese-style flourless chocolate torte made with almond meal and chocolate,

finished with a dark chocolate ganache glaze. 


FRESH LEMON TORTE                   56.

A golden sponge cake, lemon curd, vanilla mascarpone mousse, lemon mousse,

a fresh lemon glaze. Bright!


PASSION FRUIT WHITE CHOCOLATE.     54.

A beautiful golden sponge cake with passion fruit curd ,white chocolate mousse,

passion fruit mousse, passion fruit glaze, wrapped in a white chocolate band.


CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY        56.  

Dark chocolate cake, Raspberry mousse, chocolate Bavarian, raspberries, wrapped in a

chocolate band with a raspberry glaze. A crowd pleaser!


RICOTTA GUAVA CHEESECAKE.      56..  (other glazes are available upon request)

A delicious Italian-style ricotta cheesecake with a hazelnut sable crust, finished with a

wonderful guava glaze. So good!!!


CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TORTE      58.       GF

A flourless chocolate cake, caramel mousse, chocolate Bavarian, caramel cremeux, wrapped

in a dark chocolate band with chocolate ganache.


TIRAMISU      56. 

A great version of the Italian, 'pick me up" dessert. Espresso soaked sponge cake,

mascarpone mousse with Marsala, chocolate ganache, wrapped in lady fingers,

covered in dark chocolate curls.


RASPBERRY ALMOND TORTE         58.    GF

Almond sponge cake (gluten free), raspberry mousse, vanilla Bavarian, chocolate ganache, fresh raspberries,

wrapped in a white chocolate almond band, with raspberry glaze


BABA AU RHUM.     54.

A large brioche soaked in quality rum, filled with vanilla pastry cream , whipped cream,

 peaches, and fresh raspberries. So good!


PISTACHIO RASPBERRY            58.       GF

Almond pistachio gluten free sponge cake, raspberry mousse, pistachio mousse , fresh

raspberries, wrapped in a pistachio band with raspberry glaze.

Tarts, pies, and strudel require 48 hour notice for pre-ordering.

Tangy lemon curd. in a short dough crust with an Italian meringue on top!


APPLE FRANGIPANE TART       52.

Fresh organic apple with a baked almond frangipane filling in a hazelnut short

dough crust.

 Our gluten free cakes are suitable for gluten sensitivity,

but not for true celiac conditions. They are made with dairy and nut flours.
