CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT 58. GF
A naturally gluten free hazelnut sponge cake with chocolate Bavarian and hazelnut mousse,
wrapped in a dark chocolate.
FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE. 58. GF
A Viennese-style flourless chocolate torte made with almond meal and chocolate,
finished with a dark chocolate ganache glaze.
PASSION FRUIT WHITE CHOCOLATE. 54.
A beautiful golden sponge cake with passion fruit curd ,white chocolate mousse,
passion fruit mousse, passion fruit glaze, wrapped in a white chocolate band.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY 56.
Dark chocolate cake, Raspberry mousse, chocolate Bavarian, raspberries, wrapped in a
chocolate band with a raspberry glaze. A crowd pleaser!
RICOTTA GUAVA CHEESECAKE. 54. (other glazes are available upon request)
A delicious Italian-style ricotta cheesecake with a hazelnut sable crust, finished with a
wonderful guava glaze. So good!!!
TIRAMISU 56.
A great version of the Italian, 'pick me up" dessert. Espresso soaked sponge cake,
mascarpone mousse with Marsala, chocolate ganache, wrapped in lady fingers,
covered in dark chocolate curls.
BABA AU RHUM. 54.
A large brioche soaked in quality rum, filled with vanilla pastry cream , whipped cream,
peaches, and fresh raspberries. So good!

Hazelnut sable tart shell with chocolate ganache, baked meringue, whipped cream, topped with chestnut vermicelli with a touch of rum. This is a very special dessert!

but not for true celiac conditions. They are made with dairy and nut flours.
