RUFFLE TORTE               60. 

Dark chocolate devil's food cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache,

covered in dark chocolate ruffles. The ultimate chocolate cake!


YUZU VANILLA.      56.

A golden sponge cake, yuzu curd, vanilla Bavarian, yuzu mousse. with a yuzu glaze. A light delicate citrus

flavor makes this cake special.

A gluten free almond sponge cake, orange cremeaux, almond crunch, cream cheese Bavarian,

orange mouse.


MANGO MIRROR           44.. 

Golden sponge cake layered with mango and mango mousse, with a beautiful

mango mirror glaze. Our most popular cake.


CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT         58.  GF

A naturally gluten free hazelnut sponge cake with chocolate Bavarian and hazelnut mousse,

wrapped in a dark chocolate.     


PISTACHIO RASPBERRY  58.  GF

Almond pistachio gluten free sponge cake, raspberries compote, pistachio Bavarian,

raspberry mousse, raspberry, glaze.


CASSIS MIRROR    54.

A golden sponge cake with a beautiful black currant mousse  and vanilla Bavarian.

An elegant cake with a deep berry flavor.


CAPPUCCINE     54.  GF

Three layers of almond and hazelnut meringues layered with a roasted hazelnut buttercream.

A light and dreamy dessert.


FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE.         58.  GF

A Viennese-style flourless chocolate torte made with almond meal and chocolate,

finished with a dark chocolate ganache glaze. 


PASSION FRUIT WHITE CHOCOLATE.     54.

A beautiful golden sponge cake with passion fruit curd ,white chocolate mousse,

passion fruit mousse, passion fruit glaze, wrapped in a white chocolate band.


CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY        56.  

Dark chocolate cake, Raspberry mousse, chocolate Bavarian, raspberries, wrapped in a

chocolate band with a raspberry glaze. A crowd pleaser!


RICOTTA GUAVA CHEESECAKE.      54.  (other glazes are available upon request)

A delicious Italian-style ricotta cheesecake with a hazelnut sable crust, finished with a

wonderful guava glaze. So good!!!


TIRAMISU      56. 

A great version of the Italian, 'pick me up" dessert. Espresso soaked sponge cake,

mascarpone mousse with Marsala, chocolate ganache, wrapped in lady fingers,

covered in dark chocolate curls.

 

BABA AU RHUM.     54.

A large brioche soaked in quality rum, filled with vanilla pastry cream , whipped cream,

 peaches, and fresh raspberries. So good!


MONT BLANC.        65.     Available Saturday and Sunday until December 15th.

Hazelnut sable tart shell with chocolate ganache, baked meringue, whipped cream, topped with chestnut vermicelli with a touch of rum. This is a very special dessert!

Tarts, pies, and strudel require 48 hour notice for pre-ordering.


LEMON MERINGUE.  52.

Tangy lemon curd. in a short dough crust with an Italian meringue on top!


VIENNESE STYLE APPLE STRUDEL  54.

A delicious Viennese style apple strudel, served with a vanilla bean creme Anglaise.

Comes ready to bake off easily at home so it may be served warm and crisp! 


SEASONAL BAKED FRANGIPANE TARTS       52.

A hazelnut sable with almond frangipane and seasonal fruits.

We are currently offering apple and pear cassis.

 Our gluten free cakes are suitable for gluten sensitivity,

but not for true celiac conditions. They are made with dairy and nut flours.
