Lemon Raspberry Poppyseed Cake.   54.

Poppy seed sponge cake, tangy lemon curd, and raspberries and raspberry mousse.


Almond Raspberry Meringues   54.

Bake almond meringues, fresh raspberries, vanilla bean cremeux, raspberry curd.


Mocha Walnut.  56.

Flourless chocolate cake, caramelized walnut base, chocolate Bavarian, espresso Bavarian, chocolate ganache, wrapped in dark chocolate.


Fresh strawberry Tart.   54.

A tart with fresh organic strawberries, orange curd, and a cardamom pastry cream in a flourless almond crust.


Chocolate Mendiant Tart.  54. (sold out)

Dark chocolate ganache. with almonds, pistachios,

and hazelnuts in a chocolate short dough crust.

A Parisian classic pate choux 'wheel'  filled with a hazelnut cream with toasted hazelnuts.

A coconut sponge cake, with chocolate ganache and coconut Bavarian, cover in fluffy coconut in the shape of a bunny.
