Inspired by taste maker Lucas Ayrton Mongenie, The Luxembourg features poached quince, warm spices, gluten free almond sponge, and a vanilla bean diplomat infused with cardamom and Armagnac.

Sicilian Pistachio Buche 80.
This lovely buche is made using the best Italian pistachio from Sicily. Pistachio jaconde is layered with dark chocolate Bavarian, pistachio Bavarian, and pistachio crunch,
covered and beautiful pistachio glaze with dark chocolate accents.
Mocha Buche 80.
The famous Parisian Opera cake realized as a modern buche. Espresso soaked almond jaconde layers,
with chocolate and coffee Bavarians, covered in a dark chocolate glaze with cocoa nibs.
