A naturally gluten free hazelnut sponge cake with chocolate Bavarian and hazelnut mousse,

A beautiful cake with golden sponge cake, passion fruit mousse, white chocolate mousse,

passion fruit curd wrapped in a white chocolate band.


FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE.         54.

A Viennese-style flourless chocolate torte made with almond meal and chocolate,

finished with a dark chocolate ganache glaze.   GF

Dark chocolate cake, Raspberry mousse, chocolate Bavarian, raspberries, wrapped in a

chocolate band with a raspberry glaze. A crowd pleaser!


RICOTTA GUAVA CHEESECAKE. 48. 

A delicious Italian-style ricotta cheesecake with a hazelnut sable crust, finished with a

wonderful guava glaze. So good!!!

A Parisien classic! Layers of almond jaconde, chocolate ganache and espresso

buttercream.


CASSIS MIRROR.  48. 

Golden sponge cake, layered with cassis mousse, vanilla Bavarian, and black

currants, wrapped in a beautiful band. A deep creamy berry flavor. 


TIRAMISU                  52

A great version of the Italian, 'pick me up" dessert. Espresso soaked sponge cake,

mascarpone mousse with Marsala, chocolate ganache, wrapped in lady fingers,

covered in dark chocolate curls.


STRAWBERRY RHUBARB CHARLOTTE       52.

Golden sponge cake, rhubard compote, strawberry puree, strawberry mousse,

wrapped in ladyfingers. Spring delight!


COCONUT PASSION FRUIT       48.

Coconut chiffon cake, passion fruit curd, and coconut Bavarian, covered in fluffy

coconut.


PISTACHIO LEMON.   54.

A square layered Pistachio jaconde, lemon curd, and pistachio Bavarian.

LEMON MERINGUE TART   48.  (available on Sat. and Sun. only).

Our tangy fresh lemon curd in a short dough crust, finished with a fluffy Italian

meringue.
